Teen Volunteering

If you need service hours for honor society, scouts, school applications or religious ceremonies, the Waldwick Library has oportunities available, both during the school year and over the Summer. The program is open to Waldwick residents, grades 6-12. If you would like to volunteer, please email jennifer.kellymaloney@waldwick.bccls.org with the subject line teen volunteering.

 

 

 

Fall Programs:

Box Stitch Lanyards 9/30, 3:30

Make a yanyard with plastic lace. Grades 5-8.

Scratch Coding, 10/21 3:30

2 hour class, taught by Bobby Taylor. Grades 4-7.

God's Eye Craft 11/4, 3:30

Come make a traditional Ojo de Dios! Grades 4 and up.

Make your own Worry People 11/18, 3:30

Create a bag of small handmade dolls thought to be able to eliminate your worries for you if you sleep with them under your pillow.

Family Holiday Baking Championship 12/2 5:00

This 2 hour event with consist of 3-4 rounds of family challenges, Food Network style! Please sign up one spot for your entire family, not each family member. Ages 8 and up to compete, each family unit should include an adult.
